181.600 Restrictions on members and employees. (1) No member, engineer, superintendent or foreman of the bridge commission shall: (a) Be employed by or hold any official or pecuniary relation to any person selling or furnishing material for the construction, improvement or maintenance of <br>the bridge; (b) Be a candidate for or hold any public office other than that of commissioner; or (c) Be a member of any political committee. (2) No commissioner shall be an employee under the bridge commission. <br>(3) If any commissioner, engineer, superintendent or foreman violates the provisions of paragraph (b) or (c) of subsection (1) of this section, his office or position shall be <br>ipso facto vacated.
