The license shall describe the kind of watercraft, the nature of the business or residence to <br>be carried on therein, and the points at which or between which the craft may lie or ply. <br>On the side of each boat shall be painted, in large letters, the name of the applicant, the <br>home of the boat, and the date of the expiration of the license.
