184.180 Privilege of prepayment. Any person may, at any interest-payment period after the fifth installment of his <br>assessment has become due and has been paid, pay the entire balance of such assessment <br>against his property with accrued interest to the next succeeding interest period. In the <br>event that an owner who has entered into an installment payment agreement desires to <br>pay his assessment in full before the fifth installment thereof has become due, he may pay <br>the same by paying the face amount of his obligation, plus all installments of interest up <br>to and including the next interest period following the fifth installment.
