(1) A license to operate a motor vehicle, motorcycle, or moped shall be renewed every four (4) years during an applicant's birth month. A person seeking to renew an <br>operator's license shall apply at the office of the circuit clerk in the county where he <br>resides on a form furnished by the cabinet.
