All administrative regulations, acts, determinations, and decisions of or by the corporate <br>bodies or instrumentalities of the Commonwealth, advisory committees, interstate <br>compacts, or other statutory bodies transferred in whole or in part to the Institute for <br>Aging shall remain in effect as administrative regulations, acts, determinations, and <br>decisions of the cabinet unless duly modified or repealed by the secretary. Effective: July 14, 2000 <br>History: Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 6, sec. 8, effective July 14, 2000.
