197.180 Clothing and transportation to be furnished convict upon release. The Department of Corrections shall furnish to each convict, upon the termination of his <br>sentence, or his release by pardon or parole, a suit of serviceable clothing, suitable to the <br>season, and transportation to a county within the borders of the Commonwealth.
