197.240 Use of moneys from sale of products. All moneys collected by the department from the sale or disposition of articles and <br>products manufactured or produced by prison labor in accordance with the provisions of <br>KRS 197.200 to 197.250, shall be deposited with the State Treasurer and maintained as <br>special revolving accounts, each designated as a &quot;Trust and Agency Account.&quot; The <br>moneys collected and deposited shall be used for the purposes of carrying out KRS <br>197.200 to 197.250, except that the moneys may be used for other than prison industry <br>purposes within the department with the approval of the commissioner of the Department <br>of Corrections and the Finance and Administration Cabinet.
