Page 1 of 1 198B.660 Examinations -- Application -- Procedures. (1) Applications for examination shall be in writing and shall contain all information required by the board. Applications shall be filed not less than forty-five (45) days <br>prior to the examination date. <br>(a) Not less than ten (10) days prior to an examination date, the board shall send written notice of the date, hour, and place of the examination to each applicant <br>for licensure or certification. (b) Each application for licensure or certification shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee. (2) Examinations shall be given at least two (2) times during each calendar year at those times and places within the Commonwealth prescribed by the board. No <br>applicant may take an examination until the examination fee is paid. (3) Notice of passing or failing an examination shall be provided to each applicant as soon as practicable.
