No person shall advertise or hold himself out as a master heating, ventilation, and air <br>conditioning contractor, unless he is licensed as such by the board according to the <br>provisions of KRS 198B.650 to 198B.689. The license number shall appear in all <br>advertising and on all vehicles used by the licensee for heating, ventilation, and air <br>conditioning contracting work.
