199.440 Destruction of records. The secretary may authorize the destruction of any original reports and records that have <br>been properly recorded or summarized in the permanent records of the cabinet or are no <br>longer considered necessary to the proper administration of the cabinet. The destruction <br>or disposition shall be made only by order of the secretary. Any money received from the <br>disposition of the records shall be deposited and credited to the use of the Cabinet for <br>Health and Family Services.
