202B.110 Venue for proceedings subsequent to preliminary hearing. A respondent who has been ordered involuntarily admitted following the preliminary <br>hearing shall have venue for all subsequent proceedings, including the final hearing, <br>transferred to the court of the county where the respondent is admitted; however, the <br>court of the county where the preliminary hearing was held may, upon its own motion, or <br>shall, upon motion of one (1) of the parties, retain venue over proceedings subsequent to <br>the preliminary hearing. Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 147, sec. 10, effective July 13, 1990.
