The Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall conduct an annual review of all <br>addresses or locations at which four (4) or more persons reside who receive state <br>supplementation of federal supplemental security income benefits to determine if the <br>address or location is a boarding home that has not registered pursuant to KRS 216B.305. <br>The results of the review shall be reported to the Department for Aging and Independent <br>Living and action shall be taken to ensure the registration of all unregistered boarding <br>homes that are identified.
