205.755 Manner for receipt and distribution of payments. (1) Any payments of support made on behalf of a needy dependent child who is receiving public assistance shall be deposited by the cabinet in a manner prescribed <br>by the secretary which is consistent with state and federal law and regulations. <br>Distribution of any payments so made shall be made in a manner prescribed by the <br>secretary which is consistent with state and federal law and regulations. (2) The cabinet may establish a system to receive and process all child support payments using automated payment options including, but not limited to, telephone <br>and personal computer payment methods. Effective: July 14, 2000 <br>History: Amended 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 430, sec. 7, effective July 14, 2000. -- Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 343, sec. 11.
