206.070 Cabinet not bound by findings of county judge/executive. The findings and recommendation of the county judge/executive shall not be final or <br>conclusive upon any of the issues, but the cabinet may call upon the applicant for <br>additional evidence covering any facts necessary to support the claim. When the applicant <br>has furnished all the evidence called for by the cabinet or declared his inability to furnish <br>any additional evidence, the claim shall then be passed upon by the cabinet.
