The secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services may prescribe appropriate <br>records to be maintained covering the operations of the cabinet and of the institutions <br>operated by it, and covering involuntary hospitalization procedures. Any record forms <br>applicable to involuntary hospitalization procedures shall be furnished to each court <br>having jurisdiction to order hospitalization of mentally ill or retarded persons, and the <br>records contemplated by such forms shall thereafter be made by the hospitalizing courts.
