211.260 Appeals from action by cabinet. Any person who is aggrieved by any ruling, decision or action of the cabinet on other than <br>matters of internal administration may appeal to the secretary within thirty (30) days after <br>said ruling, decision or action, by filing with the secretary a written complaint setting out <br>the ruling, decision or action complained of, the reasons that such person is aggrieved and <br>the relief sought by such person. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art. VI, sec. 107(18) and (22). -- Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 157, sec. 20, effective June 17, 1954.
