217B.200 Grievances -- Hearing. Any person aggrieved by any action of the department may obtain a review thereof by <br>filing in the Franklin Circuit Court within thirty (30) days of notice of the action a written <br>petition praying that the action of the department be set aside. A copy of such petition <br>shall forthwith be delivered to the department, and within sixty (60) days thereafter the <br>department shall certify and file in the court a transcript of any record pertaining thereto, <br>including a transcript of evidence received, whereupon the court shall have jurisdiction to <br>affirm, set aside or modify the action of the department, except that the findings of the <br>department as to the facts, if supported by substantial evidence, shall be conclusive. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 148, sec. 19. -- Created 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 130, sec. 20.
