217C.060 Reciprocal agreements -- Fees. The cabinet is authorized to enter into reciprocal agreements with milk control officials of <br>federal or state agencies having standards substantially equivalent to the requirements of <br>this chapter and the regulations of the secretary, which are enforced with equal <br>effectiveness. A reasonable fee shall be charged for all out-of-state inspections where <br>reciprocal inspections are not available. Such fees shall be deposited in a revolving fund <br>for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter. History: Created 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 370, sec. 7.
