§ 4-413. In terrorem clause.If probable cause exists for instituting proceedings, a provision in a will purporting to penalize an interested person for contesting the will or instituting other proceedings relating to the estate is void. [An. Code 1957, art. 93, § 4-413; 1974, ch. 11, § 2.]
