MICHIGAN GENERAL CORPORATION ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 327 of 1931

450.146 Parent or local lodges; powers of non-profit corporation.

Sec. 146.

Same; powers. Every such corporation, whether parent or local, shall have all the rights, powers, immunities and privileges granted by this act to non-profit corporations generally.
