196.505. Any food not intended for human consumption, ifacceptable by the operator for storage, may be stored in thechill room, sharp freeze room or locker room of any locker plantonly when such items of animal or vegetable matter have beeninspected and approved by the representatives of the Bureau ofAnimal Industry of the United States Department of Agriculture ora representative of the department of agriculture of this state.Such food not intended for human consumption also shall bear alabel or tag showing plainly and conspicuously in letters notless than three-eighths of an inch in height the words:
"NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION."
