303.100. 1. The director, upon the receipt of a certifiedcopy of a judgment, shall forthwith suspend the license andregistration and any nonresident's operating privilege of anyperson against whom such judgment was rendered, except ashereinafter otherwise provided in this section and in section303.130.
2. If the judgment-creditor consents in writing, in suchform as the director may prescribe, that the judgment-debtor beallowed license and registration or nonresident's operatingprivilege, the same may be allowed by the director, in hisdiscretion, for six months from the date of such consent andthereafter until such consent is revoked in writingnotwithstanding default in the payment of such judgment, or ofany installments thereof prescribed in section 303.130 providedthe judgment-debtor furnishes proof of financial responsibility.
