Seal--recording of documents.

361.030. 1. The director of finance shall devise andprovide a seal for the division of finance which shall continueto be the seal of the division. The description of the seal,with an impression thereof, shall be filed in the office of thesecretary of state.

2. Every paper executed by the director of finance inpursuance of any authority conferred on him by law and sealedwith the seal of the division of finance shall be received inevidence and may be recorded in the proper recording offices inthe same manner and with the same effect as a deed regularlyacknowledged.
