Limitation where person under disability dies.

516.050. If any person entitled to commence such action orto make such entry die during the continuance of any disabilityspecified in section 516.030 and no determination or judgment behad of the title, right or action to him accrued, his heirs, orany person claiming from, by or under him, may commence suchaction or make such entry after the time in sections 516.010 to516.090 limited for that purpose, and within three years afterhis death, but not after that period.
