516.210. Whenever any person shall be disabled to prosecutein the courts of this state by reason of his being an alien,subject or citizen of any country at war with the United States,the time of the continuance of such war shall not be deemed anypart of the respective periods limited in sections 516.010 to516.200 for the making of an entry or the commencement of anyaction.
