21-2616. Contracting debts.Debt shall not be contracted and liability shall not be incurred by or on behalf of a limited liability company except by a manager, if management of the limited liability company has been vested in a manager, or by a member of one or more classes, if management of the limited liability company is retained by a member of such class.
