24-205. Supreme Court Education Fund; created;use; investment.The Supreme Court Education Fund is created.The State Court Administrator shall administer the fund. The fund shall consistof money remitted pursuant to section 33-154. Exceptas otherwise directed by the Supreme Court during the period from November21, 2009, until June 30, 2011, the fund shall only be used toaid in supporting the mandatory training and education program for judgesand employees of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, district courts, separatejuvenile courts, county courts, and Nebraska Probation System as enacted byrule of the Supreme Court. Any money in the fund available for investmentshall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the NebraskaCapital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
