25-2211.02. Clerk of district court; depositions; disposal; procedure.When after a lapse of ten years, if the record in the district court does not show any unfinished matter pending in the case, and upon such notice as the court may direct, any and all depositions in the case may be removed from the files and disposed of in any way that any judge of such court may direct when approval is given by the State Records Administrator pursuant to sections 84-1201 to 84-1220.
