29-2259.02. State ProbationContractual Services Cash Fund; created; use; investment.The State Probation Contractual Services Cash Fund is created.The fund shall consist only of payments received by the state pursuant tocontractual agreements with local political subdivisions for probation servicesprovided by the Office of Probation Administration. Exceptas otherwise directed by the Supreme Court during the period from November21, 2009, until June 30, 2011, the fund shall only be used topay for probation services provided by the Office of Probation Administrationto local political subdivisions which enter into contractual agreements withthe Office of Probation Administration. The fund shall be administered bythe probation administrator. Any money in the fund available for investmentshall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the NebraskaCapital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
