37-105. Game and Parks Commission; expenses; per diem.The members of the Game and Parks Commission, other than the secretary, shall be reimbursed for all actual and necessary traveling and other expenses incurred in the discharge of their official duties as provided in sections 81-1174 to 81-1177 and shall be allowed a per diem of thirty-five dollars for days actually away from home on business of the commission, not exceeding forty-five days in any one year.
