37-4,111. Permit totake paddlefish; issuance; fee.The commissionmay adopt and promulgate rules and regulations to provide for the issuanceof permits for the taking of paddlefish. The commission may, pursuant to section 37-327, establish and charge a fee of not more than thirty-five dollars for residents. The fee for a nonresidentpermit to take paddlefish shall be two times the resident permit fee.All fees collected under this section shall be remitted to the State Treasurerfor credit to the State Game Fund.
