Interstate transfer of cosmetology student; requirements.Students may transfer into a school of cosmetology in Nebraska from a school in another state if:(1) The school in the other state meets all requirements of section 38-10,104; and(2) The student submits to the department evidence that the school from which he or she is transferring was fully accredited by the appropriate body in that state at the time the student attended.
