43-2,108.01. Sealing of records; juvenileseligible.Sections 43-2,108.01 to 43-2,108.05 apply only to persons who were under the age ofeighteen years when the offense took place and the county attorney or cityattorney offered juvenile pretrial diversion or mediation to the juvenileunder the Nebraska Juvenile Code or filed a juvenile court petition describingthe juvenile as a juvenile described in subdivision (1), (2), (3)(b), or (4)of section 43-247 or the county attorney or city attorney filed a criminalcomplaint in county court against such juvenile for a misdemeanor or infraction,other than for a traffic offense that may be waived, under the laws of thisstate or a city or village ordinance.
