45-1036. Appeal; procedure.In addition to any other remedy he, she, or it may have, any licensee or any other person considering himself, herself, or itself aggrieved by any action of the department under the Nebraska Installment Loan Act may appeal the action, and the appeal shall be in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
