49-1502. Act, how construed.The Nebraska Short Form Act shall be liberally construed and applied to promote its underlying policies and purposes to simplify and standardize the routine use of certain expressions and forms in certain commonly occurring and recurring situations and transactions and, in the absence of permitted intentional modification, to promote the uniform operation, substantive content, and effect of such expressions and forms.
