49-1517. Power of attorney, defined.Power of attorney shall mean any statutory short form effectuated under and specified by the Nebraska Short Form Act as and for a statutory short form power of attorney and shall also mean any other document of like import otherwise effective to create and establish a similar agency relationship between a principal and an agent.
