54-1365. Violations; penalty.Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 54-1348 to 54-1366 for which a specific penalty is not otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
