54-2244. Circle testing, defined.Circle testing shall mean testing of a random sample of each swine herd located within two miles of the affected premises if in a Stage II, III, or IV status area and within five miles if in a Stage V status area.Stages II, III, IV, and V status areas are established pursuant to the Part III Program Stages and Requirements of the State-Federal-Industry Program Standards for Pseudorabies Eradication as approved by the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Veterinary Services, in effect on January 1, 2002.
