54-2293. Pseudorabies Control Cash Fund; use; investment.The Pseudorabies Control Cash Fund shall consist of money appropriated by the Legislature and gifts, grants, costs, or charges from any source, including federal, state, public, and private sources. The fund shall be utilized for the purpose of carrying out the Pseudorabies Control and Eradication Act. Any money in the fund available for investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
