60-2138. Fund; promotion of motorcycle safety and motorcycle awareness; expenditures allowed.The department may expend any amount remaining in the fund, after apportionment is made in accordance with subdivisions (1) to (5) of section 60-2133, for development, acquisition, printing, and distribution of materials which promote motorcycle safety and motorcycle awareness, including the motorcycle safety courses, except that the amount expended to promote motorcycle safety and motorcycle awareness shall not exceed fifteen percent of the total amount placed in the fund each fiscal year.
