60-363. Registration certificate; duty tocarry, exception.No person shall operate or park a motor vehicle or tow or park a traileron the highways unless such motor vehicle or trailer at all times carriesin or upon it, subject to inspection by any peace officer, the registrationcertificate issued for it,except fertilizer trailers as defined in section 60-326. The registrationcertificate for a fertilizer trailer shall be kept at the principal placeof business of the owner of the fertilizer trailer. In the caseof a motorcycle, the registration certificate shall be carried either in plainsight, affixed to the motorcycle, or in the tool bag or some convenient receptacleattached to the motorcycle.
