60-3,157. Lost or mutilatedlicense plate or registration certificate; duplicate; fees.If a license plate or registration certificate is lost or mutilatedor has become illegible, the person to whom such license plate and registrationcertificate has been issued shall immediately apply to the county treasureror designated county official for a duplicate registration certificate orfor new license plates, accompanying his or her application with a fee ofone dollar for a duplicate registration certificate and a fee of two dollarsand fifty cents for a duplicate or replacement license plate.
