69-2423. Nebraska State Patrol; annual report; contents.The Nebraska State Patrol shall provide an annual report to the Judiciary Committee of the Legislature which includes the number of inquiries made pursuant to sections 69-2410 to 69-2423 for the prior calendar year, the number of such inquiries resulting in a determination that the potential buyer or transferee was prohibited from receipt or possession of a handgun pursuant to state or federal law, the estimated costs of administering such sections, the number of instances in which a person requested amendment of the record pertaining to such person pursuant to section 69-2414, and the number of instances in which a county court issued an order directing the patrol to amend a record.
