71-2512. Violations; penalty.Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 71-2401 to 71-2405 and 71-2501 to 71-2511, except as specific penalties are otherwise imposed, shall be guilty of a Class III misdemeanor. Any person, for a second violation of any of the provisions of such sections, when another specific penalty is not expressly imposed, shall be guilty of a Class II misdemeanor.
