71-6043. Terms, defined.As used in sections 71-6043 to 71-6052, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) Council means the Nursing Home Advisory Council as established by sections 71-6043 to 71-6052;(2) Department means the Division of Public Health of the Department of Health and Human Services; and(3) Nursing home means a nursing facility or a skilled nursing facility as defined in section 71-424 or 71-429.
