71-8238. State Trauma System Cash Fund; created; use; investment.The State Trauma System Cash Fund is created. The department may apply for, receive, and accept gifts and other payments, including property and services, for the fund from any governmental or other public or private entity or person and may utilize the fund for activities related to the design, maintenance, or enhancements of the statewide trauma system. Disbursements from the fund shall be made by the department. Any money in the fund available for investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
