72-1801. Joslyn Castle; Department of Administrative Services; powers; legislative intent.The Department of Administrative Services may enter into agreements for the operation, administration, maintenance, restoration, and renovation of Joslyn Castle and may accept gifts, grants, and bequests for the operation, administration, maintenance, restoration, and renovation of Joslyn Castle. It is the intent of the Legislature that no General Funds shall be expended for the renovation, restoration, or tenant improvements described in the Joslyn Castle Reuse Study.
