72-2501. Nebraska IncentivesFund; created; investment.The Nebraska IncentivesFund is created. Transfers may be made from the fund tothe General Fund at the direction of the Legislature. Any moneyin the Nebraska Incentives Fund availablefor investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuantto the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds InvestmentAct.
