76-2107. Application for registration; effective; when.The application for registration shall become effective automatically upon the expiration of forty-five calendar days following filing of a completed application with the commission unless one of the following occurs:(1) The application is denied under section 76-2108;(2) The commission grants the registration effective as of an earlier date; or(3) The applicant consents to a delay of the effective date.If the commission requests additional information with respect to the application, the application shall become effective upon the expiration of fifteen business days following the filing with the commission of the additional information or forty-five days after the original filing, whichever is later, unless an order pursuant to section 76-2108 is issued or unless declared effective on an earlier date by order of the commission.
