76-2114. Salesperson; registration required; exemption; violation; penalty.(1) Unless the transaction is exempt under section 76-2106, it shall be unlawful for any person to act as a salesperson in this state without first registering as a salesperson pursuant to section 76-2115. Persons licensed as real estate brokers or real estate salespersons under the Nebraska Real Estate License Act shall be exempt from registration under this section.(2) Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a Class II misdemeanor.
